SkyNet Labour Services was founded with a clear purpose: to bridge the gap between hardworking Ugandans seeking employment and the businesses that need them. Based in Ntinda, Kampala, we started with a small pool of workers and a big commitment to quality.

Today, we serve clients across the construction, manufacturing, hospitality, domestic, security, and transport sectors. From a single security guard placement to supplying an entire workforce for a construction project — we handle it all with professionalism.

Our workers are thoroughly screened, background-checked, and often trained before deployment. We are fully registered and operate in compliance with Uganda's labour laws and the Employment Act.
